The Chefs Behind the Magic
Aron Johnson and Krishna Bhattarai bring decades of fine-dining experience to Oran Park. Aron’s journey spans some of London and Rome’s most renowned restaurants from Il Convivio to Al Duca and he even appeared as a guest judge on MasterChef UK in 2006. His philosophy is simple: “Italian food should be about mastering the perfect balance of flavours to bring the best out of the dish'.
Krishna’s culinary story begins in Nepal and weaves through Sydney’s vibrant dining scene, where he fell in love with Italian cuisine’s soulful simplicity. Together, they’ve created something unique a space where quality and warmth come first.
What to Expect on the Menu
Grid By Night celebrates the beauty of simple, well-crafted food. Each dish is made from scratch, using premium ingredients and a respect for traditional Italian technique.
Expect handmade pastas, house-made sauces, and modern Italian meets Australian cuisine that brings people together – from our famous homemade gnocchi and creamy fettuccine to crispy calamari and sliced beef sirloin. Finish with a classic affogato or our cinnamon-dusted fried gnocchi dessert.
With Kids Eat Free (up to two kids with two main adult dishes), BYO welcome, and a friendly, family atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for a relaxed Italian dinner in Oran Park, Narellan or Gregory Hills.
